Visual Value Proposition

I recently visited Charleston Southern University, and like all higher ed institutions, CSU has scores of positive features for prospective students. What caught my eye is how many of their top and distinguishing features are visible by looking out over 2 places on campus.

In the first photo, you can see that CSU is unapologetically Christian, they have a beautiful reflection pool in the middle of campus surrounded by academic, social, and residence halls capturing the intimacy of this campus, you can see the blue skies and green colors even in the middle of January. You can even see some seagulls, meaning the beach is not far at all.

In another picture, you can see some of the nicest dorms on a private college campus in the country, palm trees, and NCAA D1-A athletics fields/facilities.

It’s all on display, as soon as you step foot on campus. What are your top and distinguishing features?
