Admissions Training Workshop
In 4-6 hours, we cover sales, relationships, and customer service (not processes and national gloom and doom). We get right into helping counselors turn prospects into enrolled students. Topics include value proposition, storytelling, developing relationships, asking difficult questions, active listening, influencing decision-making impulse, identifying and overcoming objections, and going for the close. Coming soon: New Hire Boot camp
A 1-week boot camp with counselors from other institutions. They'll hear best practices on territory management, office culture (general), conducting effective visits, structuring a quality phone interview with effective questions, strategies for discovering a strong value proposition, phone skills, sales and customer service skills, and many other topics.
Expect to pay less than bringing in a trainer and see what a week of undivided training attention does to prep your new counselors.
Recruitment and Sales Guide
The basis for the half-day workshop. Not to be purchased without the workshop, however, the guide includes additional information that are also suitable for brand new counselors.
The most effective way to use this ~80 page guide would be to have your present day team receive the workshop, purchase the guide to go deeper, and the guide will reduce the necessity to purchase future half-day workshops down the road.
Content Marketing Workshop
It is much more cost effective to bring the conference to your enrollment and/or marketing office rather than to send everyone to a conference.
This roughly 3 hour workshop was created to discuss the latest and greatest in content marketing. Most of the material has been presented at national conferences and in webinars and white papers and includes lots of specific examples of best practices from around the industry.
For right value/message, right audience, and right time, this primary source information will get the whole team on the same page.
COMING! Virtual Admissions Sales Training
The need for well-trained counselors with phone skills is at an all-time high, but doing training on campus might not be an option. Now you can send your counselors to a synchronous online experience with counselors from other institutions. The cost is a fraction of the already low-cost on campus training. If 5 or more people attend from the same institution, you’ll receive the recruitment and sales guide no additional cost.
